I'm Berta Hawkins, I am a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have a L2 qualification in spinning, body pump, boxing for Fitness, and ETM (exercise to music). I am also a certified Zumba instructor and have a BSc degree in business administration. I have over 25 years experience in Latin and Ballroom dancing, competing and teaching. Im Rob, I am a 6th dan black belt in karate and I have over 35 years of experience in mixed martial arts (MMA), producing world champion fighters at both national and international levels.
With a wide range of classes, Hawks Fitness caters to all. Classes include Spin, Zumba, LBT, Pump, Step, ABS, Strong Yoga and Cardio Kickboxing.
Our Gym at Hawks has everything you need to kickstart or excel your fitness journey. Being the newest addidtion, we pride ourselves in a fully functional gym contains cardio machines, weight machines and freeweights with Berta and Jake offering 1-1 personal training sessions if you need that extra bit of help.
Whether you want to learn Martial Arts, improve your fitness or fight. Here at Hawks we cater to all levels, young and old offering 1-1 pad sessions with Jake and MMA classes 3 times a week.
